SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking numbers able to be provided at the time of shipment. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, as both USPS and UPS require a physical (residential or business) address for delivery. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Crescent Down Works is not responsible for shipping charges on items that are being exchanged for another size or similar product, or for customs fees (duties/taxes) incurred from importing goods. In the event, a package is refused by the customer, all shipping charges and return shipping charges will be withheld from a customer's refund. Shipping rates are as follows:

- International - Calculated by location via UPS
Orders will ship within 5-6 business days upon purchase. Please let us know if you require any special shipping needs under "special instructions" in the checkout form, and we will do our best to accommodate you. To make any additional arrangements, please email info@crescentdownworks.com.
For local pick-up, our normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. We are located at 304 Alaskan Way S, Seattle, WA 98104.
INTERNATIONAL
International orders will be shipped UPS ground. International Customers must provide a telephone number in the checkout form. If the telephone number is not provided we will request a phone number via email. The product will not ship until the phone number has been confirmed.
RETURN POLICY
We are pleased to accept returns for items (excluding sale items and items purchased with promotional code*) within 7 days of order delivery. The returned merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, with any original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the packing slip. We offer you the option of exchange or refund. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment upon receipt of merchandise after close inspection of the product. To return merchandise, email us at info@crescentdownworks.com for return authorization.
-Items purchased on sale or using a promotional code are refundable for exchange or store credit only – otherwise marked as a final purchase.
Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Crescent Down Works does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Crescent Down Works.
TERMS
Upon ordering, a receipt is emailed detailing items purchased and shipping address. If any information is incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections. Crescent Down Works does not assume responsibility for shipping items to an incorrect address.
Orders may be canceled or delayed at any time due to insufficient materials or supplies, suspicion of fraud, the discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason we feel is necessary. If your credit card has already been charged and we cancel your order, Crescent Down Works will reissue the credit to your credit card account in the exact amount of the purchase.
